This clock is best when used at night time,especially during sleeping. If I am awake at night and want to know the current time, this is the best device since I do not have to turn on the light and the time is projected up on the ceiling.
I purchsed a clock, similar to this one, about 5 years ago from Sharper Image, and I love it. This clock is must to have when you are sleeping.
All I have to do is open my eyes to look at the ceiling for a second and cruise back to sleeping. When I needed second one for the guest bed room (for night use), I was so happy that I could find similar clock from the internet.
I like this one even better than my old one because the number lettering is thicker: it makes easy to read. Another point, this clock is so accurate and reliable that this clock is used as a standard when other clocks' wrong time is corrected.
The light finally burned out. I bought one of these clocks about 10 years ago. I keep the time turned on all the time. I replaced it with two more clocks just like the old one because I liked it. It's small and dependable.
Clock is easy to operate, sets itself to the U.S. I've always thought the worst part of morning was rolling over, from a warm comfortable place to push myself up to read the clock. Being able to just look up and see it on the ceiling is luxurious. Atomic clock. Batteries hold memory in case of power outage
Love this clock. I ordered this one because my first one started having problems with the LED readout on the ceiling. I ordered the same one because I had the first one for over 5 years and the price is right.
It even has a progressive alarm sound (starts low, builds if you do not respond to it). Small, easy to use. This is a perfect alarm clock. Great 8 minute snooze intervals. All the right features. Sets itself by the satillite, automatic daylight savings time. You get totally dependent on the time projected on the ceiling, like a friend in the dark night. I bought one of these, have then bought another two for other family members so that they would not take mine.
